The tenth day of the 47th loop
In the morning the train attendant woke me up at 7:30. We arrived in Moscow exactly at 8:03. I quickly cleaned myself up, got ready, and took the bus home. On the way I talked with Mom and Leah—the little one is waiting for me and wants me home as soon as possible.
I stopped by Perekrestok, where I ran into Sonya buying groceries for breakfast. We walked home together, had breakfast, and then headed for the barefoot trail. The nanny Katya and Olya were supposed to join us, but Katya overslept and only let us know much later that she was ready to go. We got to the trail and the parking lot was empty. Olya arrived with her dog, but dogs are not allowed on the trail. So Masha and I had to take the dog and go walking with it. Sonya and Olya went on the trail, while we walked along the edge of the park. Very pleasant places—we found some deserted lake in the woods. Very cool. While we were walking, insects bit us quite a lot, and we decided it would be better to go to the dacha for the little one. When Sonya and Olya finished, we got ready and drove to the dacha.
We got to the dacha fairly quickly. By the time we arrived Leah was falling asleep, and we took a nap in the car. Because of the fatigue and lack of sleep after three days on a business trip and on the road, I passed out completely and slept for about an hour and a half. While I was asleep, Masha helped my mother with the lawns. I woke up and went to pick berries—I gathered gooseberries and black currants, and ate some white currants as well.
In the evening we headed home and got stuck in heavy traffic because of incidents in Solnechnogorsk and Zelenograd.
