My trip to Rome with my children and wife

On March 4, 2024, I traveled to Italy, to Rome, with my daughter Leah and my son Mikhail. Maria, my wonderful wife, decided to add a little intrigue and joined us a week later!
We visited the Colosseum, where every stone breathes history. Leah asked why there was no Wi-Fi there, and I realized just how astonishing the age of technology really is.
The Roman Forum turned out to be a vast open-air museum. Misha tried to imagine Roman legionaries marching there, while I dreamed about what ancient Roman IT systems might have looked like.
The Borghese Gardens became a wonderful place to relax. We walked there, enjoying the greenery and the art scattered throughout the park.
Every morning Misha and I began with a cup of espresso-the best in the world. Italians definitely know their coffee!
Our trip to Rome was filled with laughter, wonder, and new discoveries. I hope moments like these will remain in the children’s memories for the rest of their lives.
