Day 67 of my 47th year
My wife woke me up around noon with the words, “Are you coming soon?” Ah, they do not let the old man rest. The kid had already slipped off somewhere early in the morning.
I had breakfast consisting of coffee, spicy Korean noodles with kimchi, a sausage, and a chocolate bar. I ate some honey because my throat hurt a little. I flew the drone a bit and took some morning pictures. Then I slowly started packing up. I deflated and packed the SUP boards (the little rascal had just pulled the board off the shore and never deflated or packed it, even though we had agreed...), packed the gear and the tent. It took me almost an hour. Then we gathered the trash and around 3 p.m. headed home. Yura rode with me. We went through Orekhovo-Zuyevo and then took the toll road. There were no traffic jams — probably because it was Moscow City Day, the 878th anniversary, and everyone had stayed in town. We got back surprisingly quickly, in a little over two hours. I was home before dark. Had a snack and went to the yard with Leia for a walk, then drove Masha to Detsky Mir at Semyonovskaya, and after that we returned home.
Before bed I sank into the bathtub to warm up after camping. We went to bed fairly early.
