Advent Calendar 17

Of course, this event primarily concerns not me but my son, yet I consider it one of the most important events in his life — and therefore in mine as well.

My son has grown up, found the courage, and made it out of the friend zone with his girl friend. When I look at the younger generation, I am amazed by how much smarter and more driven they are than our generation was. I know for a fact that I could never have taken a step like that at 15 — been there. In any case, one of the bright events of 2025 was his first real young relationship with a girl named Beka — beautiful, kind, and cheerful. Well done, son!
