Regulatory documents and information services in the digital transformation of Russia’s agro-industrial complex

Specifically for this event, my colleagues and I prepared a very useful informational publication that contains a consolidated set of all regulatory legal acts on agro-industrial digitalization, descriptions of existing government information systems, and a substantial amount of useful material. Yours truly also contributed to the publication.

The publication covers support measures for the digital transformation of Russian agriculture, the contents of the strategic direction for agro-industrial digitalization, the current capabilities of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia’s federal government information systems, and the work of the industry competence center.

It also presents approaches to increasing the digital maturity of the agro-industrial complex using the tools of Agropromtsifra JSC and the development of federal government information systems. It is intended for specialists in agricultural management and digital transformation, federal, regional, and municipal authorities, staff of agricultural research institutes and universities, employees of agricultural enterprises, and students.
