Day 92 of my 47th year

For breakfast Leia got yesterday’s oatmeal with vanilla. I did not take her to kindergarten because Masha had found a new nanny, Anastasia. She is a very pleasant young woman, very energetic, cheerful, and she quickly connected with Leia. In the evening Nastya was replaced by Ira, but Leia did not behave as calmly with her.
At the office it was quiet and calm from the second half of the day onward — many people had gone off to the Golden Autumn exhibition, and some probably took advantage of the bosses being away and arranged remote work for themselves. I did not go to the exhibition for the first time in several years — I felt lazy, and there was too much work to do; no time to “show my face” =) I skipped evening hockey too.
I was home by 7 p.m. We had a dance session with Leia and had great fun dancing to “Mother Earth” and Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies.” In the evening I talked with Misha; he had moved into his new place and was already getting settled in. He was picking a gift for Beka — a record player. I ordered Japanese eye drops for him and a Lana Del Rey vinyl record from me as a gift, sending them to the Klin address so Grandma would have time to collect them from Ozon and bring them over.
I put Leia to bed, but at 11 p.m. she woke up and started whining. I tried to calm her until around 12:30; she relaxed when she hugged her teddy bear, but fifteen minutes later she started again. At that point Masha jumped up and dealt with her for about twenty minutes. In the end Leia whimpered a little more and fell asleep.
