Day 90 of my 47th year
In the morning I took Leia to kindergarten after feeding her buckwheat with milk, which she does not particularly like. The girl’s taste preferences are changing. I need to give her fewer “treats,” or she will become picky like Sonya.
On the way to work I talked with Lyuda Sh. — it was her birthday today. Time really does fly. My son is already the age that I remember in perfect detail, as if it were yesterday. Lyuda and I were very close when we were both fifteen; we walked almost every day and ran around together.
At work there was terrible hustle and bustle ahead of Golden Autumn. Everyone was rushing around, talking loudly, and working nonstop. In the evening I ran out of work on time to pick Leia up from kindergarten because Masha had gone to the public services center and would not make it.
We spent the evening at home fairly peacefully: the girls played, Masha studied, and I rested.
