Day 62 of the 47th year of my chronology
A rare morning for the past few weeks — I was not the one making breakfast. :) I had breakfast with the girls and took Leia to kindergarten.
There were many meetings and activities today, and overall the day was quite pleasant. Tima S. came to one of the meetings; I was incredibly happy to see him. I gave him and his colleague a ride in our unique elevator. You can always spot engineers right away. I showed the index and talked about SFI with colleagues from one association and one leading livestock organization. They were interested. Nice. We keep going.
In the evening I got home around the same time as yesterday. Happy Leia had spent a great time with nanny Ira. We ate, I put Leia to bed, and then settled in to watch Apple’s presentation, where they unveiled the 17 iPhone and iPhone Air. Their marketing really is sky-high. The presentation script is so polished that it is easy and effortless to follow — no translation needed. Maybe a bit too many adjectives, though. After that I simply passed out and slept all night without a blanket; my wife did not wake me.
