In the morning I took Leia to kindergarten earlier than usual — I needed to be at Krasnye Vorota by 9. Masha made breakfast for Leia: bulgur.

Today the leadership team at our company had a strategy-session day. Everything was organized in a loft near the office. It was a good event; I think it is very useful when company leaders gather together for an entire day and have the opportunity to openly communicate their vision. It was organized in a game-based format with three mixed tables of people from different areas plus some new employees. There were about twenty people in total. We spent the whole day there, including lunch. We synchronized our thinking and made decisions about the direction in which to write the strategy for the coming years.

In the evening after work I drove home, stopped along the way to pick up an order from Ozon, and went into a pharmacy. For dinner I ordered salads from VkusVill. We had dinner. Masha made a pumpkin-and-cottage-cheese pie, and it turned out delicious.
