Digital profiling of agricultural enterprises

The book examines the processes of digital transformation and digital profiling (problems, model, participants and objects of the process, criteria for the effectiveness of digitalization of agricultural organizations and methods for implementing them, assessment of digital maturity in crop production, analysis of data in the profiled business process).
It sets out the main provisions necessary for developing a digital transformation project for a crop-focused agricultural organization (classification of target models, analysis and generalization of information on IT solutions for assessing the digital maturity of crop-production businesses), and provides a detailed procedure for developing target digitalization models for such organizations across the blocks “goals and objectives of digitalization,” “economic essence of the tasks being solved and assessment of the economic outcome,” “digital infrastructure,” “stages of target-model implementation,” and others. Recommendations for developing such models are also presented.
It is intended for scientists, specialists, and employees of agricultural management bodies at both the federal level and the level of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as agricultural producers. It may also be used by instructors and students at agricultural educational institutions.
