Advent Calendar 24

This year I had several interesting work projects. One of them is related to breeding processes in the agro-industrial sector and operates on a federal scale.

I acted as both product owner and project manager, ran all the processes, shaped requirements, organized working teams, oversaw the architecture, and got everyone working well together. I went on about ten business trips, visited three enterprises, and met a couple dozen professionals. A very strong and well-coordinated team came together on the project from our company, so it was interesting and everything worked out. A major achievement this year. A big plus added to the list of projects I have taken part in.
