Advent Calendar 23

At the beginning of this year, I moved from information systems development into product development, becoming a CPO.

Our company is still relatively young, so at the start of the year the product portfolio consisted only of information security and IT audit. Over the course of the year, I delivered two educational projects and came up with a new advanced software product, prototyped it, and managed to sell it to a major agricultural holding company. Next year we plan to invest heavily in developing and expanding this product.
